History
In January of 2009, a group of twelve friends gathered in the living room of a small house in Oklahoma City. The purpose of that meeting was to pray for the lost and needy in western Oklahoma City. That group was called to be bold in following Christ and His commands. God’s love has sustained the group since then. During that time the group has dedicated themselves to the work of God by accepting the charge to plant a new church.
On September 13, 2009, the church officially opened. There is such a great sense of awe as we see God working and moving in our lives. Our prayer is that we will continue to grow in love as we reach out to those in need in our community.
God has blessed the new church with active and excited new members. children’s workers, and teenagers. He has been faithful in providing space, finances, and people to do His work. We have seen our first baptism, our first trip to youth camp, and new outreach opportunities within the past few months.
